Recognize text in image
When you copy an image to your clipboard, PastePal can automatically extract any text it contains and store it alongside the image. This happens in the background without any action on your part.
The extracted text is included in search, so you can find an image later by searching for words that appear inside it. The image itself is still saved and previewed normally; the text is stored as associated metadata.
To enable it, go to Settings > General and turn on Recognize Text in Image.

This feature differs from Capture Text. Recognize Text in Image is passive: it runs automatically when an image is copied. Capture Text is interactive: you draw a region on screen to extract text from any visible content on demand.
