Is it safe?

Cleana only removes things tools can download or build again, plus items you select yourself. It never removes your source code, settings, keys or chat history, and items go to the Trash by default.

Why didn’t the space come back?

Items moved to the Trash still use space. Empty the Trash, or turn on Delete immediately in General.

Why doesn’t Cleana find my node_modules?

It looks in your project folders. Add the folder where you keep code in Folders.

Why is a simulator listed?

Unavailable Simulators are ones your installed Xcode no longer supports. Unused Simulators haven’t been booted for 90 days. Cleana removes them with Apple’s simctl tool.

Is Cleana free?

Yes.
